I bring a background in social work and law, with ten years of formal counseling experience and five years working in child advocacy and family law. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and families find their way through life’s ups and downs. My experience includes raising three adult daughters, which has shaped my perspective and approach. For the past seven years, I’ve worked as a college coach, guiding students and parents through the college application process.
I offer personalized one-on-one life or college coaching designed to support you at every step of your journey, with flexible options to meet in person or remotely. One-on-one coaching sessions are offered at a rate of $100 per hour.

Help identify what you truly want in life, define clear meaningful goals, recognize & challenge self doubt or fear, support you through life changes, create healthy boundaries in relationships, develop routines that support well-being
For Teenagers
Develop and maintain life skills, reframe negative thinking to healthy self talk, develop skills to handle peer pressure, set goals, develop conflict resolution skills, build confidence and navigate challenges

Mediate conflict within the family, teach healthy communication, identify strengths to build on and weaknesses to grow in, and create boundaries

Walk through the Common Application requirements
Brainstorm and edit essays
Identify and prioritize the top 10 high school activities
Identify reach school and safety school
Support creating and/or refining resume
Support writing process of personal statement
